Beacon is the support and tickets bot in the Ascent Pantheon — built for communities that treat support as a real channel, not a chat dump.

What it does

  • Persistent dropdown ticket panels — one click opens a private, scoped ticket channel
  • Full lifecycle controls — Claim button for staff, Close button for opener or staff, /ticket add|remove to bring others in
  • Inline transcripts — every message saved to the database, no disk files, auto-posted to a transcript channel on close
  • AI-powered self-support (with Vanguard) — Beacon offers a draft answer to the opener's first message before a human even sees it
  • Automatic triage — priority detection (low / normal / high / urgent) and a one-line summary on every new ticket
  • Canned responses — staff deploy templated replies via /reply <name>
  • CSAT surveys — 1–5 star ratings with optional comments after every ticket close, rate-limited per user, with per-staff leaderboards and stats
