By far the best app I have used. I had to use customer service today, even though the issue was user error, they were prompt, joined my server to check out the issue and figured out that it was something that I needed to fix. Great customer service!
Obviously, the bot is great and works - that's why everyone uses it - but the 5* difference, a review I don't believe I've ever left before, was for the support. I have *never* had support so quickly and so right before.
