Hector is a functional, multipurpose, and easy-to-use Discord bot, created with intuitiveness in mind. The bot is online 24/7, ready to help whenever you need it. If you have any questions, suggestions, found a bug/glitch or just want to talk, feel free to join our support server.

📡 Twtich stream notifications
Hector offers a unique experience of Twitch stream notifications. Unlike the alternatives, the bot updates the data in the notification every few minutes! Thanks to that, users of your server can stay up-to-date on what's currently streamed without the need to look it up via Twitch. The bot allows one streamer per server for regular users and multiple for Patreon supporters.
🎁 Advanced giveaways
Hector's giveaways, on top of the standard random user picking, offer additional functionalities such as:
- Rerolling
- Sending prizes automatically to winners via DMs
- Attaching images/graphics
🏷️ Role joining
Hector offers two independent methods of role-joining.
You can use them separately or simultaneously, as they don't interfere with one another.
Reaction roles
Users join roles by simply reacting with set emojis.
Command roles
Users join roles by using a text command.
The bot keeps things clean by deleting messages with these requests after a set time.
📊 Super-cool polls
Polls created with Hector come with auto-generated pie charts!
📖 Quotes
Ever wanted to write down that funny thing your friend said? Now you can do so effortlessly! Not sure if allowing everyone on your server to add quotes is a good idea? No worries! By default, all users can suggest a quote, but they need to be approved by a moderator to get to the final quotes list. If you trust all your users, you can easily turn this requirement off - when you do so, all quotes will go straight to the list.
👥 Team draws
One of the features unique to Hector. The bot picks users from a voice channel or reactions and assigns them randomly into different teams. Comes in handy during remote classes or fun gaming sessions with your buddies!
🎲 RPG dice roller
Accepts both the number of sides and a more advanced RPG notation (e.g. 6d20+5)

Nope just nope. I mostly tried this for the twitch reminder thing. Either the commands do not work, are incorrect or the bot does not find the specified roles, persons or channels. It is MUCH too complicated. A good idea in itself, but for me personally it just doesn't work well. Especially that you have to specify a "bot moderator" with a role first. This makes no sense at all and makes it even m...

Thanks for your feedback! Sorry to hear the bot did not match your expectations. Could you please contact me via the Hector Hub server and specify which commands did you have trouble using? I try my best to make the bot as intuitive as possible, but unfortunately, some complexity will inherently pop up in a system with that many functionalities.
