I can't invite the bot. It tells me that I need to verify it or the creator. Because?

This bot has been moved to a different account; it hasn't been forgotten or deleted. For more info, search for a bot named "Phoenix Rising Bot". I hope this doesn't get flagged as advertising... Any concerns about that, if you look into it, you'll find I'm the same person.
