TicketBird

A bot built in Java with D4J for handling tickets for projects and products inside of Discord.

Simply invite TicketBird to your server, run the setup command =ticketbird setup to create needed categories and channels. Add aa "project" with =project add <name> <prefix> for tickets to reference.

You don't even need to use commands to open a ticket, just send a message in the support-request channel (default channel name can be changed).

Add a "staff" member to ticketbird with =ticketbird staff add <username>. Their responses in a ticket will move it to the "responded" category.

Place a ticket on hold with =hold until a staff member can assist with the issue

Close a ticket manually with =close

Tickets are auto closed after 1 week (7 days) of inactivity. Tickets placed on hold will not be auto closed.
