EmojiBot

This emoji bot simply take into advantage the fact bot can use animated emoji and can get emoji from all the server he is in. So to get a full list of the current emoji you just need to type $emoji list or $emoji help, once you have the name you can type $emoji then the name of the emoji (no need to care about capitalization) and you can add a number between 1 and 9 to put more emoji. For instance you can try $emoji blobrave 9 (which is the same as $emoji BlobRave 9 btw). What will happen next is that the bot will display your emoji and delete your command message to make it more streamline.

Disclaimer: As this bot can be added on any server and there is no restrictions, you might see emoji you dont want if you type $emoji list or $emoji help , i recommend using it on mature server only then. I am not responsable for the use of the bot.

The code is freely available on github (its an awful piece of code but as it is so simple i dont see why i should bother with making it scalable at all) Its up 24/7 hosted free of charge for you.
