| ~priority | [low, medium or high] | Used within an opened channel, this command changes the priority of a ticket. |
| ~add | [@user] [#ticketchanel] | This allows the ability to add anyone in the ticket channel. |
| ~remove | [@user] [#ticketchanel] | This allows the ability to remove anyone in the ticket channel. |
| ~close | Closes a open ticket. | |
| ~vote | Sends a heartfilled message with a vote link. |
