About

Hello! I'm ツ Ticket Bot ツ. the Discord bot for super cool support tickets, i was originally created as a custom suppoort ticket bot for ツThe Watchers Bot Devsツ coded in the discord.js library

Setup

Before you can use ツ Ticket Bot ツ you need to set up a Support Team role

Please Note

When using the Add or Remove commands you do not have to tag the user but you do have to include there discord # tag (Example: @Tyler. H#9393

Permission Levels

Support Team: When a ticket is opened, members with this permission level will be added to the ticket.

Commands

tw/ticket help	Shows you how to add and remove members from a ticket	tw/ticket help

tw/open	Opens a new support ticket and @mentions the Support Team role	tw/open
tw/close	Closes the current support ticket	tw/close
tw/add	Adds the mentioned user to the curent ticket	tw/add @User#1234	tw/add @Tyler. H#9393
tw/remove	Removes the mentioned user from the current ticket	tw/remove @User#1234	tw/remove @Tyler. H#9393
tw/invite	Generates a invite link	tw/invite
tw/serverinfo	Tells you about the current server	tw/serverinfo
tw/version	Tells you about the current ツ Ticket Bot ツ version	tw/version
tw/changelog	Tells you about changes made with the current version	tw/changelog

PLEASE NOTE: When adding or removing members to and from a ticket you do not have to "@" mention/ping them but their discord "#" tag and the "@" are required [Example: @Tyler. H#9393 and the command MUST be run inside the ticket channel
