Doing further changes, acquired someone to work on the bot, using library discord.js-light v4.2.0 and discord.js v13. At some point in the future I should re-do this with all changes dones and make it proper. If any problems let me know on top.gg's discord server by @ me or in dm's

Event logging for:
Channel Events -> Create/Delete/Update (Update has logging for the name and topic only so far)
Emoji Events -> Create/Delete/Update
GuildMember Logs -> Join/Leave/Kick/Update (Ban logging soon, hopefully)
Message Delete Logs (Edits logging soon, hopefully)
Voice Chat Events -> Member joins/leaves {added to help the mute command, that means if a muted user joins and they're not voice muted, they will get voice muted}
Commands (excluding the Help command):
Mute -> mutes a user from voice and text channels, can mute for time as well (e.g. fl.mute @Qwerty#0000)
Color -> changes the user's role color, works based on Hexbot's role naming e.g. USER->ID of the user<, will not be useful/working for servers enforcing role colors
L (lookup) -> looks up a user's avatar by mentioning them or by their ID, you can also lookup a user's discord tag (e.g. fl.l avatar (or 'tag' for username + discriminator) @Qwerty#0000 (or ID)
Quote -> quotes a user, allows you to create fake quotes and authentic(real) ones, authentic ones work based on message ID and have "Jump to Message" use fl.help for command usages
Say -> makes the bot say stuff, use "-e" to make it an embed one
Prefix -> changes the prefix for the server
Log -> used to enable/disable logging or set the log channel
