This system use to be liken in ModBot so we decide to carry it on. This system automaticly check database for people that breake rules. The database is having people with we get reports of ToS breake. Most people get globaned for dm ads.

Right now ModBot support only some languages. By this function you can do m!language (language) so bot language will change to one of supported languages.
