Improve user experience for your business with Support.bot ! Allow users to create support tickets, and let your agents reply and manage tickets through a dedicated website.

Instructions :

1. Login on our website : http://142.93.173.241/
2. Once logged in, you'll see a link to invite the bot on your servers
3. Once invited, you may need to reload the website to see your guilds (note that you need to be an admin on the guild)
4. Let users create tickets by typing %new and manage the rest on the website and enjoy !

Please note that this bot is in early beta and that we need your feedback to fix eventual bugs and improve in your way! 😊
