What happened to the bot? Why can't I invite the bot? I tried joining the support discord server but the link is invalid.

The way it works is that you get some money daily, hourly or by voting. Then you order anything and the people from the Taco Stand server make your thing (for example cookies) and then the bot says here is your order and gives you an image of the thing. The dev aro is super friendly too.
