Removes Google AMP from links.
When the bot sees a Google AMP link, it posts a link without Google AMP automatically in channels it's watching. The message is as unobtrusive as possible so that conversation isn't interrupted.
Uses the API available at https://www.amputatorbot.com/, with many, many thanks.
Usage
Configure the bot with !amp config [setting] [value]. The settings are below:

You can also use !amp stats to get amputation stats for your server.
