World Planetary Services is more than just an organization in the United States. Recognized as an independent nation, it is an entire community rolled up in one facility. This facility can house an entire city. Everything that makes up a community is found in this one building. Such examples include arts, entertainment, science, technology, magic, food, healthcare, economics, politics, sports, money, heroism, military, etc. And yes, there are villains too.
