Danger

This server is both a simulation and a game about civilisation, society and politics. Like in real life, there are no inherent rules, with rules being determined by the decisions made by the community and/or its leaders.

The leader(s) get full control of the server, with me only interfering in cases like power transfer, or to simulate something like separation of powers, à la Montesquieu.
