Super hero vs Magic

The world was orginially run by a normal human till one day, someone developed powers. They was pushed around and a outcast till more hero's started to show up. The people didn't like this and pushed them away and out of there town but more kept coming so they decided to put a stop to this once and for all, using there ansitors long lost book of magic, they are now teaching kids on how to do magic to push away the people with powers. Meanwhile, the hero's are also creating there own school to help people with powers to figure out there own power and to figure out why are they being pushed away and with a new evil threat on the rise will the 2 people still be pushed away or will they finally have to work together to end this threat.
