I'm recruiting all kinds of talented people and providing them with resources and funding so they can continue doing what they love (like their own projects) without worrying about not being able to because of their financial situation, and I refer clients to them when I can, and every month that they are able to afford it and are being successful I charge them a fee (only when they can afford it) so I'm able to help other people in need in the team. It's to encourage people to push themselves and grow and to continue doing what they love.
