Le serveur Support en lui même est visuellement beau, facile à comprendre & à "manier", on s'y retrouve vite et c'est un très bon point, les rôles ne sont pas envahissants comme certains serveurs et généralement facile à comprendre grâce aux explications des staffs voir des messages épinglés. Le règlement est très propre (Allez le lire en vrai) tout comme les salons d'information (FAQ, Info-Report...
