Onboard accelerates Web3 education and DAO participation. Our metaverse game incentivises users with NFTs credentials and in-game rewards for learning and engaging with Web3 concepts and communities; empowering gamers to become active DAO governors. DAOs are the social operating system for Web3 and the Metaverse. However, from the numerous novel concepts to the pinging notifications of multiple Discord chats, the onboarding journey of becoming a DAO governor is unintuitive and noisy. DAOs not only need better on-ramps, but must address issues such as voter attrition; uneven power dynamics found in one-token-equals-one-vote voting and bribing practices; limited accountability and representation; and incentive misalignments found in delegated governance. To solve these two issues, we are building a community and metaverse game that incentivizes users to transition from gamers and curious Web3 learners to DAO contributors and participators, empowering them to govern DAOs beyond current flawed practices towards equitable meta-governance.
