A school for the unnatural beings was underway, the building process taking around two years.
After the school was finished, younger people with abilities were invited to stay at the school, to reside safely without the fear of other people, who do not have abilities. 
The school only permits for people who have abilities to enter. Any non-ability having person will be rejected from the school and taken far away from the school, and their memory of its existence will be erased.
