The purpose of this server is to provide support for US/UK couples going through the spouse visa process for UK entry. This is not a political group in any way - and no political activism is welcome here. The aim of the group is to support each other through the visa process and have a forum to discuss the issues faced by applicants from the USA. The process is similar for all spousal visas, but US citizens are exempt from certain aspects - this is a place to be able to discuss freely with others in the same boat without causing confusion in other wider groups.The advice of this group is based on personal experiences. It is not legal advice and is not endorsed by UKVI.
