Within an odd city, stands a rather odd academy. The city of Kagoshima is a hotspot of weirdness and general abnormalities, people with powers being drawn there like a magnet. And within this city, Kagoshima Academy is there to help them learn to control their powers. Whether good, evil, or neither… All are welcome!
