Follow your local laws and server rules

No abuse, spam, or attempts to disrupt service

Admins are responsible for configuring roles/permissions in their servers

3. Availability & Changes
Service is provided “as is.” Features may change, improve, or be discontinued without notice.

4. Data & Privacy
We process limited Discord metadata to operate the bot. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, downtime, or misuse of the bot.

6. Termination
We may restrict or remove access for violations. Server admins can remove the bot at any time.

7. Monetization (if enabled)
If you purchase premium features through Discord, those purchases are governed by Discord’s Paid Services/Monetization terms. Discord+1

Data Deletion Policy — FAQ Bot (short)
How to request deletion:

Server-wide data: A server admin can request a purge of that server’s FAQ data via the provided admin command or by contacting us on the Support Server.

User data: A user can request removal of their identifiable submissions where permitted by server policy.
We will respond to verified requests in a reasonable timeframe.

1. Information We Collect
Discord IDs (user, guild, channel, message) when needed to operate the bot

Questions, answers, votes, and related metadata

Configuration data (per-guild settings, section/channel IDs)

We do not collect emails, IP addresses, or payment info. Payments (if any) are handled by Discord. Discord

Provide and improve FAQ features (submit, moderate, publish, browse/search)

Prevent spam and enforce per-guild cooldowns

Troubleshoot and ensure service reliability

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell data. Access is limited to server admins and the bot maintainers for support/debugging.

4. Data Retention
Content (Q&A, votes, configs) persists until removed by server admins or via data deletion requests

Backups (if any) are retained for limited periods for recovery

5. Your Choices & Rights
Server admins can purge their server’s FAQ data

Users can request removal of their submissions where identifiable and permitted by server policy
