Ava plays KNGI and Gensokyo Radio. It's free and open source, it's (almost) 24/7 and has cool functionalities like /stick and /nowplaying! The bot is currently in beta, so make sure to drop a Github issue at https://github.com/SrIzan10/ava/issues if something isn't right.
