PEE5 is a blazingly fast, completely free and open-source, AI powered Discord bot.
Disclaimer: This bot is still under development and may experience frequent downtimes lasting few minutes.
Turn your imagination into an image with /imagine command. And you know what? You don't have to wait for ages or pay to generate more! Even better, you can save your saved generations and see them in any guild!
Ask your questions to GPT-3 right within Discord with /ask_gpt command! And yes you guessed it, this is also fast and free!
Also now you can create a chat channel and chat with GPT-3 seamlessly without losing context! All you need to do is use the /chat command and send your messages in the created channel!
PEE5 also offers other features like blacklisting words and timing out for a certain time.

Offline constantly. The AI is decent for being free. If it wins to be an alternative to mee6 it needs to at least have mee6 core features and it doesn't even have the essential ones. Has a lot of potential but I'd give it a few years. In the meantime you can use 2 or 3 other bots in conjunction to achieve what mee6 does without having to pay.
