♡ Kiby v2.2.0 is LIVE ♡
Hey everyone :) This update reconstructs the social system from the ground up, with the goal of avoiding difficulties in maintaining your Kiby's social score. The two previous social commands have been removed, and are now replaced with the /park and /playdate command. The /park command allows you to take your Kiby to the park, where they can socialize with other Kibys, recharging their social score over time. The /playdate command allows you to send your Kiby on a playdate with any other users' Kiby, as long as you both are opted-in using /playdate settings. The tutorial has been updated to walk through these changes. I've made some balancing improvements to the adventures as well, happy caretaking ♡

Hey everyone :) This update adds a full onboarding tutorial that starts when you adopt your first Kiby. It’ll guide you through the basics of caring for your Kiby and show you around the other features, so new owners don’t feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin their Kiby journey. The tutorial is skippable and repeatable anytime, so you can come back to it whenever you want. I've included a bunch of quality-of-life improvements as well, across multiple systems, to make things feel smoother overall. Also — there’s now a web client for the app at kiby.netlify.app It’s pretty barebones right now, but I plan to expand it over time and eventually make Kiby care available there too. ♡ Kiby is back online with a v2.0.0 update ♡
After over a year of downtime due to hosting issues, Kiby is officially live again and running on a dedicated server, so it should now be available 24/7. With this return comes a v2.0.0 update, adding a shop, adventures, quests, social interactions with other player's Kibys, new care actions like bathe and cuddle, sleep schedules, context appropriate images, and more! Thank you to all who have supported Kiby, and happy caretaking ♡
