Voice Message Deleter

This bot will automatically remove voice messages. This is probably a very temporary bot, as Discord will probably add a permission for servers, but in the meantime, as a server admin, you can either
1- Remove the Attachments permissione
2- Use this bot.

I will probably OpenSource the code later, but we'll se by then.
