with this bot, you can :
- make a confession (/confession)
- make a confession with image (/confessionimg)
- users with "manage messages" authorization can see who has written a confession (/adminconf)
- users with "manage messages" authorization can see who broke the anonymity of a confession (/adminlog)
(some elements of the bot can be written in French)
