Friend bot can provide a list of websites that can provide calming stimuli, as well as spaces to talk to other peers about your problems

Friend bot can provide tips to help calm yourself from panic attacks, as well as provide alternatives to self harm.
/vent
Friend bot can be used to speak your feelings into the theoretical void-- using the vent command will send your vent to friend bot, who will DM you so you can continue to vent to them.
/explain
Friend bot can explain a few common confusing topics to your server, such as age regression, systems, and alterhumanity/Otherkin.
/criteria
Friend bot can help provide insight by providing the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for a handful of common disorders.
