Albion Payout Manager
The Albion Payout Manager is a tool specifically designed to facilitate payout management within guilds in the game. It simplifies the process of distributing resources such as silver among guild members. Below are the available commands:

/join : Join the payout with the specified amount of silver.
/leave : Leave the payout, optionally specifying the amount of silver to return.
/addChest : Add a new chest to the guild's inventory.
/delChest : Remove a chest from the guild's inventory.
/payout: Configure payout settings like taxes and responsible personnel.
/finalize: Finalize the payout, initiating distribution of silver.
/add : Add or remove silver from the payout.
/addBag : Add or remove silver from the guild's treasury.
/repaire : Adjust repair costs by adding or subtracting silver.
/info: Retrieve information about the current payout configuration.
