Xelon

This is Xelon, a general utility and moderation bot, which is pretty good for this scope since it has good error handling. The only developer right now is zcharo99 (me, the person who uploaded this). This bot is written fully in Python.

Right now the commands are: /help /avatar @user /ban @user /kick @user /timeout @user [duration] (Shorten the duration like 1min, 2h etc.) /lockall /unlockall /lock /unlock
