A Spotify activity tracker that creates a playlist with the most played tracks every week. (Friday, 8pm EST.)
BeatMeeter is a Spotify Tracker bot that is designed to enhance the Spotify Discord integration. The bot tracks the listening activity of server members, fetches statistics and creates a weekly Spotify playlist of the most played tracks in the server every Friday at 8pm EST. It provides a way for music enthusiasts to share and find the most popular tracks within their relative communities.
The bot monitors the Spotify activity within Discord itself and logs the tracks they play.
Commands:
/mostplayed: Lists the top 10 most played tracks in the server. /mostactive: Displays the user who has played the most tracks. /leaderboard: Shows a leaderboard of the top 10 most active users. /stats: Provides the user's top 20 played tracks. /setchannel [channel]: Sets the specified channel for playlist announcements. /help: Lists all available commands with their descriptions.
Future updates in mind: 1- Display the total playtime in minutes and hours 2- Integrate the bot with other music playing services
