write "/ticket setup" and there you will find 4 options which are -
"Everyone" = This is the role which can access the tickets, write @everyone here "Staff" = This is the role which can reply to the tickets, add the staff role here "panel" = add the "Tickets" channel here. "Staff 2" = add a secondary staff role, {if any}
