We not only have 42 commands, which are only related to ticket processing, but also a completely self-setting ticket system. You start with our bot on the server by using /Enter ticket setup. Once this is done, all you have to do is assign the "Ticket Supporter" role to your team members and your team can start. That's not enough for you? Neither do I! You don't want individual categories to be selectable? Make /togglecategorie to turn off this category for a period of time. A system that makes everything easier for the team? How! The bot has an FAQ system, which is used as long as no supporter has written in the ticket. So as soon as a supporter has written something in the ticket, the FAQ system is switched off, the supporter can still query and send the question with /faq (number). But now a user has opened a wrong ticket and it came out quite late, what now? Again, there is an ID for each ticket, which is used for /editticket and then the ticket priority is set to High and the new ticket is moved to the category.
