A very helpful ticketing bot.
Lumi Tickets is a very good bot if your setuping your discord server for the first time or just setuping your ticket system! Lumi is very simple but also very useful! Use /info to show the avaible commands! She may get offline due to constant updates, but that doesnt affect ticket channels, except to the buttons, you can use /close-ticket to close tickets, or /create-ticket to create a new ticket!
