By what I got, the minimum timeout is 1h, I'd like to set a vote for timeout my friends for a short time (1 to 5min).  
Is it possible?

It may be possible but I had to make a tough decision to choose between days, hours, or minutes since the input can only be an integer and doesn't allow for decimal points. I  can look into adding another input for minutes but for now hours is the default input because it is the most commonly used one.

I really enjoy this bot. It save me time from manually asking the opinions of everyone to kick, ban, or timeout a person. 10/10

Is there a way to display the time in minutes?

Yes, by default the time is displayed in hour and min together

My divorce lawyer and I used this during my divorce with my wife!
