AllianceSync is a logic-driven utility designed to replace spreadsheets and save valuable time every week by handling the full lifecycle of an event: Registration, Team Building, Role Synchronization, and Attendance Reporting.

2.Intelligent Squad Building Drafting is faster and smarter
- Starters vs. Substitutes: Explicitly manage your lineup limits (20 Starters / 10 Subs) to ensure you never overbook a team.
- Smart "Blue" Fill: Instantly fill open spots with one click using the "Select All Blue" feature, pulling in members who were benched last week.
- Fuzzy Search: When manually adding members, the bot can detect typos and prevent duplicate entries (e.g., detecting that "Neok" and "Neko" are the same person).
3.Automated Discord Role Sync - Stop manually assigning roles. When you click Publish Final Roster:
- The bot Wipes the specific event roles from all previous participants.
- It Assigns the correct roles to the new roster immediately.
- It posts the formatted lineup to your channel.
4.The "Red/Blue" Cycle A built-in economy for player reliability:
🔴 Red (No-Show): Flags players who were selected but failed to attend.
🔵 Blue (Priority): Automatically tags applicants who were not selected, giving them priority visibility for the next week's draft.
⚪ Clean: Tracks successful attendance.
Workflow & Getting Started
Setup
- Invite AllianceSync to your server.
- Run /setup to configure your team names, roles, and weekly schedule.
Build Your Teams
- Registration opens automatically and players can apply.
- Once registration closes run /storm manage to open the R4 Dashboard and start building your roster.
- Tip: Players benched last week appear in Blue, while previous No-Shows appear in Red.
Finalize & Publish
- Run /storm starters to separate your Main Team (20) from Substitutes (10).
- Click Publish Final List to sync teams roles and post the lineup.
Battle Day
- The bot automatically pings players according to their assigned timeslot.
After Action Report
- Run /storm report to flag any No-Shows. This updates the database for the next week's Red/Blue tags.
