I could not figure out how to handle live notifications only. I have zero interest in the live role, just the notifications. So I speculate you're required to enable the live role which auto attaches the notifications.
Lurker TV is one of the Best tools available to help grow your channel and have constant lurkers. Just Make Sure your Watching Streams Also. Helps ALOT if your also in Its support server.
