Comands are cowception # text (# is number of cows and text is text to say), !help , !info , !ping , and a super secret easter egg
note on server reliablity and uptime, this is being hosted on a 10 year old laptop in my dorm. it should remain up as often as posible but might go down. in the event that it does go down the appropriate action is to panic and hope I notice and reboot it.
