Meh. 

Super cool idea, the transcripts are really helpful and fancy, aswell as the opportunity to let users create tickets in different subjects such as "Report User, Report Bug, Apply as Staff" and so on. Sadly the entire bot is locked behind a paywall which makes the unpaid version useless and worse than all the known bots. The free plan only includes a single ticket category, so you cant even test the features of the bot without paying. 

My recommendation would be increasing the amount of ticket systems/panels from 1 to at least 3 so users can actually have a use for the bot, test the features and then if they are happy with the results they can still upgrade to the infinite version. Personally, I dislike paying for something I cant even test or see in action. 

Im looking forward how this bot develops since it offers customization and efficiency at supporting, but please lower the paywall, dont remove it (I understand you have server costs which is perfectly fine!), but at least lower it.

Really good ticket bot. Dose what you need.
