-new Reason (Example: -new How can i make some pizza?)
-close (Closes Persons Ticket)
-apply (If you would like to people to apply for Staff Role on your Server , they can do -apply!)
-add User (adds a user to your ticket)
-remove User (removes a user from your ticket)
-setup (Verifies that you have Sucessefully Created needed Category and Role if not does that)
