Bot offline, normally a bot need to be online everytime, except if it have a good reason to be offline.

Chat Moderator has alot of functions to make your server better, first the bot can make a spam chhanel for you (the messages the channel recive will delete after 3 seconds) more over the bot can lock and unlock your channels with simple command , the bot can link block and invite block too.
