Multi purpose administration/fun bot hosted locally
commands: type c!help for a list of commands. Cipher is a multi purpose fun bot made in my spare time and hosted locally it has many improvements over my old bot where developement was very slow i hope to develop this bot full time and improve it so many many servers will utilise it its a very early build but it has potential me and my friend work very hard to improve upon existing commands we plan to impliment an economic game to it soon but it may be awhile.
