Leveling

Leveling Bot is a levling bot that has built in voice chat leveling. I've not tested it in mass yet so please report and bugs to me in the discord. I built this bot for fun not really to compete with anyone. "This is an advanced leveling system in discord.py XP can be gained per message per minute or by being in a voice channel with more than one person."
