How It Works

1. Use /follow to add an account (e.g., /follow instagram nike)
2. Follow Bot checks every 20 minutes for new posts
3. Notifications are posted to the channel with rich embeds — author info, images, and links

• /unfollow — Remove an account from this channel
• /list — Show all followed accounts in this channel
