VoiceJP is a BOT capable of speech synthesis and speech recognition. VoiceJP can synthesize Japanese speech. When speech synthesis is enabled using /speech synthesis, it reads out the message on that channel. When speech recognition is enabled using /speech recognition, it will transcribe what you say. This BOT is only available in Japanese.
