Quoter's source code is available on GitHub, and you can host your own instance of Quoter if you want. You can export your quotes into a JSON file at any time, so even if Quoter is gone, you'll still have your quotes.

I liked this bot, even though the small character limit was often frustrating. But then the bot went down for a day or two, and every one of our stored quotes was deleted. This was disappointing and I couldn't be bothered to find and reenter them all. :(

This is very easy to use! However, keep in mind it only allows 130 characters (less than what twitter allows for tweets).
