This bot will send an encouraging message/encouragement once detecting an emotion of negativity.
When the bot detects a word that expresses an emotion of negativity such as depressed it will post an encouraging message.
Commands:
$help - Sends you to a web address listing the commands
$inspire - Sends an inspiring message/quote
$list - list's the encouragements
$responding false - turns off encouragements
$responding true - turns on encouragements
