src bot

use !q username to get a speedrun.com users, user id , signup date, total runs, world record runs, total verified runs and a link to their profile. this is currently the bots only command more is planned to be added in the future. here is the code (https://github.com/xoieds/src-bot) there may be bugs dm me on discord @zoid#4344 if you have an concerns or suggestions
