The priest of Phil was a bot I created for one of my friend's joke servers called The church of Phil. I have now decided to put him up. He only has about 15 Commands and a secret command. But it should be fine. All is based on sending images and gifs of cute moments from Promised Neverland. You can simply ask him to do any commands by typing p-list for a full list of his 15 commands, minus the secret one. He isn't for moderation, econemy, or anything like that and is probably not meant for any server other than to just send cute images and gifs from the anime for free.
